Sourdough Baking Class - 29th June

Ever wanted to learn the secrets to great sourdough? Join us at our Gilda bakery for a hands-on sourdough-making experience; suitable for beginners; get to grips with ​the ​dough and learn from our team of expert bakers​ about ​making and baking your own bread. Schedule The classes will start at 2.30pm and finish at 8.30pm (Duration 6 hrs). You will finish with a sourdough pizza supper and the experience includes refreshments throughout the class. Included Expert instruction by our team of experienced bakers Hands on class where you will make your own bread Plenty of bread and pastry goodies to take home Homemade Sourdough pizza and a glass or two of complimentary wine to end the day.
